Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is processed, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that orders already in the shipping process cannot be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team immediately after placing your order.

Refunds for canceled orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, though it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution's processing times.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original packaging
  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
  • Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Please note that certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Perishable goods
  • Intimate or sanitary products

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and appear in your account.

The following refund policies apply:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error
  • Restocking fees may apply to certain items (clearly noted at time of purchase)

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps:

  1. Check your bank account again (some banks take longer to process transactions)
  2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider as processing times vary
  3. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us with your order details

We will investigate any reported missing refunds and work with you to resolve the issue promptly. In cases where a refund was issued but not received, we may need to contact your financial institution to trace the transaction.
